About Almavivo

Almavivo is a private health planner. You answer questions about your sleep, energy, food and health; open, written rules turn the answers into a personal plan of daily habits and evidence-rated supplements, with safety checks for medicines, pregnancy and health conditions. The plan is built in your browser and your answers stay on your device. It is for education and is not medical advice.

What you get

A personal plan with daily habits for sleep, food, movement and stress first, then supplements only where they fit you. You can tick it off each day, print it, or send a summary to your doctor.

How the plan is made

Every suggestion comes from written rules. The same answers always give the same plan. The rules are open source, so anyone can read them and check the reasoning.

Where the evidence comes from

Each of the 122 supplements has an evidence level (strong, good, limited or traditional use) and a list of sources: mostly human studies on PubMed, NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets, and Cochrane reviews. Every source shows the date it was last reviewed. How the evidence levels work

Safety checks come first

Before any supplement is considered, the rules check for common medicines such as blood thinners and antidepressants, pregnancy and breastfeeding, kidney and liver conditions, and age under 18. Warning symptoms pause supplement suggestions and point you to a doctor. See every safety check

Suggestions are never for sale

What appears in your plan is decided by the rules and the evidence, never by whether a product earns a commission. Affiliate policy

Found a mistake?

Email [email protected] or open an issue on GitHub. Corrections to the rules are made in public, so you can see what changed and why.

Your plan comes from written rules based on published human studies. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before you start, stop or change any supplement, especially if you take prescription medicine, have a long-term health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18. Supplement quality varies, so choose products tested by a third party (USP, NSF or Informed-Sport). Stop and get medical advice if you notice an unexpected reaction.
